APPLICATION PROCESS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thank you for your interest in our property.\u00a0 We strive to create a community where residents live in harmony with each other and possess similar values.\u00a0 We take pride in creating an environment where you can come home and relax in confidence knowing that we do our best to ensure your safety and security while on the property.\u00a0 We want to ensure that people do not use rental units for illegal activities and we conduct a very thorough screening process for each applicant.<\/p>\n

If you meet the application criteria and are accepted, you can be assured that other leaseholders have been screened with the same care and attention.<\/p>\n

Below is our list of base criteria.\u00a0 If you feel you meet the criteria and your references and income can be verified, please apply \u2013 we would be happy to provide you a new rental home.\u00a0 If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Leasing Manager.<\/p>\n

TENANT APPLICATION SCREENING CRITERIA<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following are some<\/u> of the Criteria that is used as a basis for tenant selection:<\/p>\n

  1. Completion of the Application form including signature<\/li>\n
  2. Two pieces of identification, including one photo ID \u2013 must be presented with your application<\/li>\n
  3. Sufficient proof of your ability to pay rent<\/li>\n
  4. Previous Rental references \u2013 two preferred<\/li>\n
  5. Signing of Crime Free Lease Addendum and Cannabis Addendum<\/li>\n
  6. Minimum of 2 unbiased references and 2 personal references<\/li>\n
  7. Applicants must sign the landlords Residential Tenancy Agreement after acceptance<\/li>\n
  8. We agree that this is a smoke free building including suites and balcony areas.<\/li>\n
  9. Consent to a Credit Check being performed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
