MIDTOWN CLUB SUITES is professionally managed by Ratzlaff & Co., a family-owned business that has been based right here in Abbotsford since 1971. Achieving the highest degree of service and responsiveness to our residents’ needs, as well as treating our dedicated Team as family, is what drives our vision. We believe in doing things right, so maintaining our properties to a high standard for the enjoyment of each resident, is a consistent focus of what we do.

Ratzlaff & Co. matches the funds raised from recyclables collected at the properties to double the collective contribution with 100% of the funds going to local charities.
2023 Foodbank Drive Update:
Through our collected Foodbank Drive efforts this year, a total of $7,737 was raised for our 3 local food banks!
A total of $2,637 came from our generous residents, and $5,100 coming from Ratzlaff & Co. In addition, approximately 37 boxes of food items were also sent out last week to our local food banks.
We are blown away by our Resident’s generosity, this is a tremendous community help! We are thankful for our Managers who are committed to this program, and of course to our residents who generously donate year-after-year!
